With the fight of the century being just less than a week away, SHOWTIME has released the second episode of their intimate four-part documentary series chronicling the life of perennial pound-for-pound champion Floyd Mayweather as he navigates his collision course with Manny Pacquiao. This episode takes a look at Mayweather’s professional debut, his unrelenting training regiment, how he uses cryotherapy to help heal faster in-between workouts, as well as letting us into his trusted inner circle. Mayweather/Pacquiao: At Last (Documentary)

HBO has premiered the first installment of the Mayweather/Pacquiao: At Last documentary. The documentary which will come in two parts, sees HBO profile Manny Pacquiao, as his May 2 showdown with Floyd Mayweather approaches. This episode covers the period when Pacman’s rise in boxing was first recognized in 2003, to the challenges he faced. The HBO produced documentary also features cameo appearances from Mark Wahlberg and Robert Duvall, who are both in support of Manny Pacquiao as he gears up to battle Floyd Mayweather in the ring.

SHOWTIME has just released the first part of an intimate four-part documentary series chronicling the life of pound-for-pound champion Floyd Mayweather as he prepares for his showdown against pound-for-pound contender Manny Pacquiao. The first episode introduces Mayweather, looking at his life before the fame and fortune he possesses today. This episode covers Mayweather’s relations with rival promoter Bob Arum and his controversial loss at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, all mixed with several training footage. As per the fight’s contractual conditions, SHOWTIME will continue to highlight Floyd Mayweather’s life until the May 2nd showdown, whereas HBO will profile Manny Pacquiao with its own pre-fight programming.

The hype surrounding the historic boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao is already building up, as we’re already less than a month away. To start things off, HBO has released its official TV commercial to promote the much anticipated showdown. The video clip which was reportedly filmed at a studio in Los Angeles on March 11, shows both fighters slowly approaching each other, against the backdrop of the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, where the showdown will take place.
