David Adjaye x Master & Dynamic MA770 Wireless Concrete Speaker

New York-based audio brand, Master & Dynamic, has joined forces with renowned Ghanaian-British architect, Sir David Adjaye, to design a bold and immersive new speaker – the MA770.

The sleek sculptural design is comprised of a seamless, sealed concrete composite, weighing in at 35lbs. Concrete material was utilized because of its unique capabilities for absorbing vibrations much better than wood or plastic cabinets, thus creating a more clear and dynamic output overall.

The MA770 wireless speaker features two 4-inch Kevlar woofers and a 1.5-inch titanium tweeter powered by a 100-watt Class D amp. Connectivity is achieved via Bluetooth, a wired auxiliary input, and Chromecast also built in. Additionally, it’s the first Chromecast speaker that uses multiroom audio for stereo pairing.

Retailing at $1,800 USD, you can pre-order the sophisticated sound system directly from Master & Dynamic’s website.
