German sportswear heavyweight, adidas continues to push the limit of its craft, with the introduction of the Futurecraft Leather. The process re-imagines how to work with leather, utilizing a single piece of leather and removing excess material while reducing the use of adhesives. Using this new innovation, a new take on the iconic adidas Originals Superstar model has been created, in celebration of 45 years of the model. The Futurecraft Leather Superstar will be made available on November 7 for $500 USD at Dover Street Market locations in New York, London, and Tokyo and will be limited to just 45 pairs.
