Maison Kitsuné has rolled out its lookbook for Spring/Summer 2017. The lookbook, which consists of men collection and women’s pre-collection, draws inspiration from the burlesque world of Jacques Tati.
Maison Kitsuné co-founders and artistic directors, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, have imagined a collection full of edgy, minimalist pieces with hints of ’50s chic.
Playful, retro-tinged prints pay tribute to the late director’s most iconic works: the fish sculpture fountain at the Villa Arpel presents as an all-over Lurex jacquard, the slender figure of Monsieur Hulot is sketched behind the emblematic MAISON KITSUNE
