SOLO Welcomes New Gastronomic Delights

Since entering the Dubai culinary scene late 2014, Italian Bistronomia & Vinobar, SOLO has fast become a popular dining destination. A favourite with foodies and epicureans alike, SOLO was the proud recipient of the ‘Best Newcomer’ award at the Time Out Dubai 2015 Restaurant Awards. Head Chef; Corrado Pani, continues to innovate, developing the menu with the addition of a selection of unique and scrumptious dishes, that will tantalize the tastebuds of every foodie aficionado in the UAE.


The twelve new dishes and revitalised signature offerings have been carefully crafted by Chef Corrado and his team at SOLO, and the noteworthy items are listed below:


Vitello Tonnato
Traditional veal slow cooked & served sliced with tuna sauce, capers and mix cress salad


Burrata e Salmone
Fresh burrata with house smoked salmon and our combination of pomegranate and Puntarelle


Solo Pomodoro
Variation of tomatoes with the Crudo red Sicillian prawns and tomatoes sorbet


Tortelli di Zucca
Traditional homemade squash tortelli with amaretti, grape sauce and almonds curd


Fusilli al pistachio e calamari
Fussili pasta with a pistachio pesto sauce and baby calamari “Spillo
