The 2016 HPE1000 Twin Turbo Cadillac CTS-V

American performance garage Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) is set to release three variants of the next generation Cadillac CTS-V which already has 640+ hp and a top speed of nearly 200 mph. HPE plans to offer a wide array of performance upgrades for the 2016 CTS-V, which will include engine packages that deliver 750, 800 and 1000 hp from the factory supercharged V8 engine. However, the focus is on the last performance package, where the proposed 1000 hp monster will hit top speeds of 240 mph, which will make it the world’s fastest 4-door sedan. The company will remove the factory supercharger and add twin turbos for increased power and performance. HPE also plans to offer a full compliment of performance upgrades, which includes carbon-ceramic brakes, larger wheels and tires, wide-body upgrade allowing for wider tires as well as custom interior upgrades.

The HPE1000 will cost $159,000 (approximately 584,031 AED); pricing for the rest will come out later this year. Only 24 units will be built for the 2016 model year, and four have already been sold. Head over to the company’s website for further details and reservation.
